babysitter prep

Before we started sending Marra to her babysitter we wanted to be sure she knew as much about her as we did.... I thought I needed to stay every morning for like an hour and explain the whole process.... I slowly realized that was not needed and we hired her because we trusted her and she knew what she was doing!

However, to make myself feel better I created an "All About Marra" form. I update it every time she has major changes. Even though our sitter knows a lot about Marra, we still update it for her from time to time. We leave it for anyone that is going to watch her, which so far has just been family!

I just created this in Microsoft Word, super simple... You could add anything to the list... We have found it to be super helpful.
