taco night- revised

We eat a lot of Mexican at our house. We love taco night!

Recently I saw a Pillsbury commercial for these yummy things, so I had to look up the recipe and try it out.

Grands!® Taco Melts

They are super easy to make and they were DELICIOUS.

What I used:
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 cup Cheddar Cheese
1 cup salsa
1 packet taco seasoning
Grands Biscuits
2/3 cup water

How to make:
Cook beef. When done add taco seasoning, water and salsa. Simmer until it becomes thickened.
Flatten each biscuit. Sprinkle cheese onto biscuits. Top each biscuit with a small spoon full of meat mixture. Fold over the dough and use a fork to close the edges.

Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.

We topped them with salsa, sour cream and guacamole!

B was calling them homemade hot pockets. We will make these again for sure!
