'tis the season for overnight guests. We only really host my family at Thanksgiving, but sometimes we have out of town friends that will come to town around Christmas and New Years. I love being able to offer our house to break up long drives.
As I was preparing the guest room for my family last week, I realized... I like our guest room. Sometimes it is a forgotten place, since we never go in there.
I chose a blue & yellow color scheme... the room gets a lot of light, so I wanted it to be bright and cheery.
It is a small space, so there is not much room for anything besides the bed and a dresser, but I think that makes it cozy...
I love the robins egg blue chair! I should probably get it out of the corner...

This bed is part of the family, it was my grandmas and then both my mom and aunt used it… I have had it since I graduated college.
I love my suitcase night stand!
