bathroom makeover

 Our upstairs guest bathroom more recently named "Marra's bathroom" has needed a makeover for awhile!
So last weekend we decided to go ahead and knock that off our 2014 home repair list.

I could kick myself for not taking any before pictures...

Pinterest brought me many inspriations, here is my board for this project.

We chose colors that coordinated with the nursery as well as our guest bedroom.
The paint color is called Flax, these pics do not really show it well… but you get it… a shade of yellow.

The shower curtain is from West Elm

These letter came from Jo-Anns and then I sprayed them with metallic rustoleum

While this light does not serve a great source of light.... it is adorable! Picked it up at Lowe's from the outdoor lighting section.


Added some hooks on the wall for towels and wa-la a new bathroom for very little money!
